Job Type: Part-Time / Hourly
Hours: Approximately 5-6 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced IT Maintenance professional to provide part-time technical support and ensure that our computer systems, software, and Microsoft 365 environment remain secure, reliable, and operational.
This is a part-time position of approximately 5-6 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling based on the company`s IT needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with relevant education and professional IT experience. The ability to work independently and respond efficiently to technical issues is essential.
Responsibility Area:
** Microsoft 365 administration
** Email retention and offboarding
** NAS backup management
** Laptop configuration
** Windows and firmware updates
** Employee technical support
** Support documentation/ticketing
** Bitwarden administration
** Zadarma administration
** Teramind administration
** Owner/executive support
** Asset and licence inventory
** Confidentiality and data handling
Strongest Qualifications:
Required at least five years` experience.
** Hardware and software diagnostics, upgrades, repairs and maintenance.
** Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android familiarity.
** Microsoft 365 applications, Azure, PowerShell and remote-support tools.
** Networking knowledge, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and common protocols.
** Windows Server, virtualization and printer-server configuration.
** Customer-service experience and familiarity with service-level expectations.
Compensation & Work Arrangement:
** Part-time position.
** Hourly compensation: The successful candidate will be paid an agreed-upon hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
** Flexible scheduling, with IT support provided as needed during the company`s operating hours.
** The position is fully remote and can be performed from the comfort of your home.
** Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet and a suitable, fast-working computer.
** The company operates on Eastern Time (ET), and availability during Canadian business hours may be required when IT support is needed.
