The Role
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of test documentation, proficiency in writing test cases, and a keen eye for identifying and resolving software defects. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work, allowing you to collaborate both remotely and in person with our talented team.
Key Responsibilities
** Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation to ensure thorough testing coverage.
** Write clear and concise test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
** Maintain requirement traceability throughout the testing process to ensure alignment with project objectives.
** Track and regularly re-test all existing bugs, updating the bug database with accurate and detailed information.
** Report, document, and track resolutions for software defects using approved tools and processes, ensuring timely resolution.
** Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and priorities.
** Utilize a good level of English proficiency to articulate testing findings and recommendations.
** Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends, continuously enhancing testing methodologies.
** Demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodologies, contributing to iterative and collaborative testing processes.
** Experience with Jira is considered as a plus, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing project management tools to streamline testing workflows.
