Creator Growth & Acquisition Manager — Fanclave (Remote, Commission-Based)
Fanclave is a subscription platform for adult content creators, who keep up to 85% of what they earn. The product is live — what we need is consistent creator acquisition. Comfort working in the adult creator space is essential.
This is a fully commission-based role: you earn a percentage of the revenue generated by every creator you bring onto the platform, for as long as they stay active. No fixed salary, no ceiling.
What you`ll do:
** Identify and reach out to OnlyFans creators and similar profiles across platforms
** Manage outreach, follow-ups and onboarding
** Convert leads into active creators
** Test and optimize outreach and growth strategies
You should have:
** Experience in outbound sales, lead generation or customer acquisition
** Strong written and verbal English
** Confidence approaching and converting people online
** Ability to work independently and remotely
Nice to have:
** Experience with adult content creators / OnlyFans models
** Experience with outreach automation tools
** An existing network in the creator or agency space
