LLC LOFT Towers announces marketing manager position for Wyndham Garden Kobuleti investment project.

The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of Wyndham Garden Kobuleti. Marketing Department`s job is to reach out to prospects, customers, investors and/or the community, while creating an overarching image that represents WGK in a positive light.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
** Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
** Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
** Generating new business leads.
** Increasing brand awareness and market share
** Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and BD department
** Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising of all projects
** Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels (Content as well) of all projects
** Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
** Developing and managing the marketing department`s budget
** Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
** Managing the marketing department`s staff.
** Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
** Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
** Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
** Design, photoshop, canva.
** All projects` marketing materials must be categorized in the corresponding folders.
Marketing Manager Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in marketing. A master`s degree will be advantageous.
** At least two years` experience as a real estate investment marketing manager.
** Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
** Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
** Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
** Strong time management and organizational abilities.
** Delegate the tasks within the specialists of the marketing department - write their detailed job description and functions
