Minimum Requirements

** Background: Able to provide a clean criminal record and a certificate regarding non-registration for illegal substances.
** Training: Must successfully complete a training course.
** Competence: Able to perform duties as specified in the Operations Manual.

2) Airworthiness Engineer
Number of openings: 2
Department: Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)
Reports to: CAMO Manager
We are hiring two Airworthiness Engineers to support the continuing airworthiness of the airline`s fleet. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, engineering assessment, maintenance programme coordination, technical documentation, and effective airworthiness monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
** Monitor the continuing airworthiness status of the assigned aircraft fleet.
** Evaluate and implement Airworthiness Directives (ADs), MCAI and other regulatory requirements.
** Assess Service Bulletins, engineering orders and manufacturer publications for applicability and implementation.
** Develop, review and revise Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP) in line with regulatory and manufacturer requirements.
** Monitor life-limited parts, Airworthiness Limitations (ALS), CMR and structural inspection programmes.
** Evaluate technical and repetitive defects, support troubleshooting, and coordinate with maintenance organisations and OEMs.
** Review maintenance accomplishment records and support approved repairs, modifications, aircraft induction/redelivery, audits and investigations.
Minimum Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Avionics Engineering, or an equivalent aircraft maintenance qualification.
** Ability to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and engineering documentation.
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
** Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
** Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-66 and applicable continuing airworthiness regulations.
** Understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance programmes.
** Experience with AMOS, TRAX, OASES or an equivalent maintenance information system is desirable.
** Human Factors, EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) and Safety Management System (SMS) training.
** Experience in reliability programmes, maintenance programme development or technical records.
Core Competencies:
** Strong analytical and engineering judgement with excellent attention to detail.
** Effective technical writing, reporting, communication and organisational skills.
** Ability to prioritise under time constraints and work independently and collaboratively.

4) Flight Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Flight Coordinator to join our Operations Control Center (OCC) team.
Key Responsibilities:
** Coordinate communication between flight crews, air traffic control, and airport ground services.
** Monitor the timely execution of flights and promptly resolve operational issues.
** Transmit real-time operational information to flight crews and relevant departments.
** Liaise with international agents and service providers in English.
** Maintain operational documentation and shift logs.
** Work in a 24/7 shift-based schedule, including night shifts.
Candidate Requirements:
** Age - 21 years and older.
** Higher education degree.
** English proficiency at conversational level (Intermediate or higher).
