Quality LLC is looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative Car Rental Service Manager to manage and coordinate the daily operations related to our car rental services.
Key Responsibilities:
** Communicate with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp;
** Provide customers with necessary information and assist with ongoing service-related matters;
** Manage and coordinate vehicle registration processes;
** Handle administrative matters related to vehicle insurance and insurance claims;
** Communicate with insurance companies as required;
** Maintain accurate records of vehicles, customers, and ongoing cases;
** Prepare, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation;
** Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Requirements:
** Previous experience in a similar or relevant position is required;
** Good command of English is mandatory;
** Ability to communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing;
** Strong customer service and communication skills;
** High level of responsibility and organizational skills;
** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
** Good computer and office software skills;
** Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documentation.
Working Conditions
** Work format: Fully remote;
** Working days: Monday - Friday;
** Working hours: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM;
** Days off: Saturday and Sunday;
** Starting salary: $1, 000 per month;
** Salary growth: The position offers periodic salary increases based on performance, experience, and level of responsibility.
