Job Overview:
Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Reservations Sales Agent to join our Commercial Department. This role focuses on handling guest reservations efficiently while supporting the hotel`s sales efforts through excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Reservations Sales Agent plays a key role in maximizing room revenue and ensuring a smooth booking experience for our guests.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
** Respond promptly and professionally to all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels from guests, travel agents, and other sources.
** Accurately enter all bookings, cancellations, and modifications into the reservation system, in line with Hilton`s rate and availability guidelines.
** Provide clear and detailed information on room types, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel services to guests
** Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel accommodations, amenities, services, and current promotions.
** Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services as required
** Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and a smooth guest experience.
** Assist the Sales Manager with group bookings, corporate accounts, and special offers as needed.
** Support general front office or sales tasks in accordance with Hampton`s focused-service model.
** Ensure all guest interactions and communications align with Hampton by Hilton`s brand standards: friendly, reliable, and approachable.
Other Duties:
** Assist in compiling daily, weekly, or monthly reservation reports as required by the Sales Manager
** Support the front desk during peak times or staff shortages, including guest check-in/check-out assistance if trained
** Flag and report system errors, booking anomalies, or rate discrepancies to relevant teams
** Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager, in line with the operational needs of the hotel.
Qualifications
** Bachelor`s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
** Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office roles preferred
** Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
** Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., OnQ, Opera, etc.;)
** Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

Working Conditions:
** Job site: Batumi.
** Employment type: Monday to Friday/full time job.
** Remuneration: by agreement.
