FAIR SQUARE is a leading European provider of legal services linked to business advisory, with main offices in Vienna, Prague and Bratislava. The Vienna office deals with German speaking DACH (Austria, Germany, Switzerland) solutions, while Prague and Bratislava, efficiently dealing with V4, Central and Eastern European successful business practices.
Recently the company decided to enter the Uzbekistan market and launch Fundraise/M&A business focusing bringing Austrian, German, Czchian, Poland, Slovak capital and companies to Uzbekistan.
Job functions:
** Follow the deals and Corporate/M&A trend in Uzbekistan and DACH/V4.
** Research DACH/V4 cross border PE/VC/Fundraise, Investment, M&A.
** Research the M&A deals going in Uzbekistan.
** Research, analyze and approach companies (Focus on cross border expansion) in DACH/V4, potentially interesting to expand to Uzbekistan.
** Follow public debt markets on Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW, Catalyst), Stuttgart Stock Exchange (Börse Stuttgart) centers on its specialized listing and trading segment for small and medium-sized enterprises known as Bondm, Prague Stock Exchange Market Segments for Bonds.
Requirements:
** Graduate Degree in Investment/Finance;
** At least 3-5 years experience experience in M&A/PE/VC; Strong background in Finance and Investments;
** Advanced analytical skills in Corporate Finance;
** Languages: English (advanced); Russian (conversational)
