Business Planning & Analysis Associate
About the role:
As a Business Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of products to the Caucasus markets. Working closely with factories, importers, distributors, logistics partners, Finance, and internal stakeholders, you will support the full import cycle, manage critical supply-chain documentation, maintain SAP master data, and contribute to operational excellence through accurate planning and reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and operational execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
** Manage and coordinate the end-to-end import cycle of finished goods and excise stamps from/to factories and suppliers to/from the Georgia and Armenia markets/distributors.
** Prepare, process, and maintain logistics and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
** Coordinate with customs brokers, suppliers, factories, importers, and distributors to ensure smooth product flow.
** Maintain Customer Master Data and support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within SAP.
** Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and payment-related activities.
** Prepare invoices, annexes, agreements, reconciliations, and other business-critical documentation.
** Upload and maintain supply-related data within corporate systems, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
** Collaborate with BP&A, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to support planning and business decision-making.
** Build strong relationships with internal and external partners while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.
What are we looking for - Requirements:
** University degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
** At least 2 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, or Business Analysis.
** Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
** Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
** Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
** Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall MS Office proficiency.
** SAP experience will be considered a strong advantage.
** Fluent English and Georgian; Russian is an advantage.
** A proactive team player who takes ownership and continuously seeks better ways of working.
