About The Property
The House Hotel Kakheti aims to be Georgia`s leading destination, seamlessly blending Georgian wine culture, contemporary art, and authentic hospitality. Set within the region`s scenic natural beauty, the property is a 94-room luxury destination resort surrounded by expansive vineyards, landscaped gardens, and forest territory.
The resort features a Georgian Grill Restaurant, multiple barbecue areas, bonfire and designated picnic spaces. Leisure and wellness facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with pool bar, a spa with indoor pool and sauna, a fully equipped gym, tennis and padel courts, and an outdoor Kids Club.
Business and events infrastructure include the Ouspace business area, conference and meeting facilities, and the Kvareli Pavilion, a dedicated large-scale event venue accommodating up to 700 guests. The estate is further enhanced by vineyard areas, hiking and horse-riding trails, recreation zones, parking for up to 100 cars, bicycle and golf cart parking, and on-site staff accommodation.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
** Support the implementation of sourcing strategies aligned with hotel objectives, identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
** Liaise with approved suppliers to obtain quotes, place purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
** Maintain and develop supplier relationships, monitoring performance against agreed terms including quality, pricing, and delivery.
** Ensure all purchased goods and services meet the hotel`s quality standards, carrying out checks upon delivery and raising issues where necessary.
** Monitor inventory levels, coordinating with storeroom and department teams to forecast demand and minimise wastage or excess stock.
** Process purchase orders accurately within the hotel`s procurement and ERP systems, ensuring correct coding, authorisation, and documentation.
** Generate purchasing reports and provide data-driven insights to support performance reviews and budget monitoring.
** Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and relevant regulations.
** Support the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
** Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand purchasing needs and provide timely solutions.
Experience & Skills
** Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
** Understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control principles.
** Good numerical ability with experience managing purchase orders, tracking expenditure, and supporting budget monitoring.
** Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
** Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
** Proactive and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
** Fluent in Georgian; English is an advantage.
