Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Office-Based)
Responsibilities:
** Assist customers over the phone and via live chat.
** Recommend products and help customers choose the best gifts for every occasion.
** Process customer orders accurately.
** Follow up on sales opportunities and abandoned carts.
** Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
** Maintain accurate customer information and order details.
Requirements:
** Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
** Strong sales and negotiation skills.
** Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
** Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
** Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
** Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
