Work Schedule:
Option 1:
** 4 working days per week
** 7 working hours per day
** 7 groups per day
** 60-minute lessons
** Maximum 7 students per group
Gross Salary: 3, 205 GEL
Option 2:
** 2 working days per week
** 7 working hours per day
** 7 groups per day
** 60-minute lessons
** Maximum 7 students per group
Gross Salary: 1, 602 GEL
Candidate Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in English Language, English Philology, or a related field
** English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent
** Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and teenagers
** Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies
** Student-centered, active, and communicative teaching approach
** Responsible, punctual, and development-oriented mindset
** Ability to create a safe, friendly, and motivating learning environment for children
Key Responsibilities:
** Deliver group lessons for students of different ages and levels
** Plan lessons according to the English Express curriculum
** Assess and monitor students` progress
** Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
** Conduct one open lesson per semester
** Maintain the educational quality standards of the center
