Join Our Team as a Guest Experience Ambassador (GEA)
Workplace: Tbilisi International Airport
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts (day/night), 2 days off
Key Responsibilities:
** Provide a premium airport experience by delivering services to passengers
** Assist travelers with check-in, baggage, visa, and other airport processes while ensuring compliance with airport regulations and company procedures.
** Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets through excellent customer service and continuous process improvement.
