ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
** Supervise daily reservation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high guest satisfaction.
** Monitor and manage room inventory, bookings, and packages to maximize revenue and occupancy.
** Lead, train, and support the reservations team, ensuring alignment with hotel policies and service standards.
** Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally to maintain a positive guest experience.
** Implement daily checklists, financial controls, and yield management practices to ensure operational consistency.
** Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest experiences.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
** Previous experience in reservations or front office supervision within a hospitality environment.
** Strong knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and booking procedures.
** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
** Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities.
** Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on revenue optimization and guest satisfaction.
** Fluent in Georgian and English.
