Fleet Operations Specialist (Multiple Openings)
QBA RIDE is launching a new shared e-bike project in Tbilisi! We are looking for energetic and reliable team members to help manage our growing fleet. If you are familiar with shared scooters, you will quickly understand how our advanced e-bikes operate.
We are currently hiring multiple candidates to become part of our launch team.
Compensation & Schedule:
** Salary: Starting from 1, 500 GEL per month
** Work Hours: 8 hours per day
** Schedule: 4 days on / 1 day off
** Stable work with a healthy work-life balance
Your Responsibilities:
** Rebalancing: Move e-bikes from low-demand areas to busy locations (metro stations, shopping malls, etc.)
** Battery Swapping: Replace low batteries with fully charged ones to keep the fleet running smoothly
** Parking Management: Ensure bikes are parked neatly and follow city regulations
** Basic Inspection: Simple cleaning and safety checks (brakes, bells, etc.)
Requirements:
** Responsible, punctual, and proactive
** Comfortable with outdoor work and moving bicycles
** Category B driver`s license is a big advantage
** Simple English communication is a plus
** No prior experience required — training will be provided
