We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.
We are currently seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie in Tbilisi to support the Executive Chef in overseeing pastry kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of dessert preparation, consistent quality, and an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities of the Pastry Chef De Partie include, but are not limited to:
** Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily pastry kitchen operations and ensuring high culinary standards.
** Prepare and present pastry and dessert items in line with established recipes and quality standards.
** Supervise and guide pastry team members.
** Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products.
** Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the pastry section at all times.
** Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and follow cost control guidelines.
** Train team members on preparation techniques and presentation standards when required.
** Respond efficiently to guest requests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
** Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
** Promote teamwork and maintain effective communication with other kitchen and hotel departments.
** Stay updated on seasonal trends and contribute ideas for menu development.
Qualifications:
** Prior experience on the same or in a similar role, ideally within an international hotel environment
** Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, dessert preparation, and presentation standards
** Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
** Good leadership and team supervision skills
** Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
** Creative mindset with a passion for pastry and innovation
** Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
