Key Responsibilities:
** Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
** Troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments
** Troubleshoot printers and scanners
** Assist with medical equipment configuration
** Use remote access tools to resolve technical issues
** Work with ticketing systems and document troubleshooting steps
** Deliver high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution
Qualifications:
** Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
** Strong customer service mindset
** Experience handling technical support or IT troubleshooting
** Ability to work with Windows and/or Linux environments
** Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
** Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
** Motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies
Nice to Have:
** Experience in healthcare or medical technology
** Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
