We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Persian-Speaking Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with local and international clients, identify property opportunities, and guide them through the real estate purchasing or investment process. The position requires strong sales skills, market awareness, and the ability to provide professional advice on real estate options and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Lead Generation
** Connect with potential clients through various channels including cold-calling, lead follow-ups, and business presentations.
** Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
** Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
** Arrange and conduct meetings, property presentations, and consultations with clients.
Sales & Property Advisory
** Guide clients through the property buying or selling process and identify suitable investment opportunities.
** Review construction plans and available property features with clients, recommending the best options according to their needs.
** Answer client questions related to construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and property valuations.
** Negotiate effectively to resolve potential issues and ensure successful deal completion.
** Achieve sales targets established by Senior Management.
Market Research & Property Management
** Stay informed about real estate market trends, demographics, and factors affecting buying and selling decisions.
** Maintain knowledge of competitors, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
** Maintain and regularly update property listings and available inventory.
** Identify potential investment opportunities and strategies within the market.
Reporting & Documentation
** Prepare all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
** Provide daily and weekly reports to the line manager regarding activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
** Maintain accurate records of client communications and property transactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field will be a plus.
** Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or similar roles (real estate experience is an advantage).
** Experience working with international clients is considered a plus.

** Georgian - C1
** Russian - C1
** English - B2
** Persian (Farsi) - Preferred / Advantage
