Human resources manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are
realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:
** Enhances the organization`s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
** Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
** Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing interviews; and recommending changes.
** Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
** Recruits future team members in all New Life Branches according to company necessity.
** Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
** Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
** Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
** repares, signs and keep records of Employee contracts, Bios, Contact Details, Vacations.
** Updates Employee Bios on Web pages via help of Web Development Specialist.
** Updates Bios on New Life Web pages with the help of Web Developer.
** Reccomends New Policies, approaches and procedures.
** Any Other responsibilities assigned by Senior Management.
Education and Experience:
** Bachelor or Master`s Degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
** Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Skills and other requirements:
** Fluently in English;
** Ability to deal with Stress;
** Execeptional ability in conflict resolution;
** Solution Oriented;
** High Level of Initiative;
** Ability to Travel Abroad occasionally.
Salary: Descent Salary will be offered according to Candidate`s experience and qualifications.
