Royal Tulip Hotel and Casino is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Casino Marketing Call Center Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
** Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote casino products and services;
** Provide accurate information about promotions, loyalty programs, and events;
** Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets;
** Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and client engagement.
Required Qualifications:
** Turkish- and Russian-speaking (fluent verbal communication);
** Strong communication and persuasion skills;
** Ability to work in a team and achieve targets;
** Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage.
