Duty Station: Georgia, Tablisi, King Davit Building 5th Floor
Salary Range: 1000 - 1500 GEL (Negotiable)

Job Purpose:

The Office Assistant supports the smooth daily operation of the office by handling administrative duties, arranging and maintaining documents, assisting customers, and completing small daily tasks as assigned. The role ensures efficient office coordination and provides general support to staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

** Arrange, organize, and maintain office documents and records in both physical and electronic formats.
** Assist customers by answering basic inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff.
** Support daily office operations by completing routine administrative and clerical tasks.
** Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
** Assist supervisors and team members with assigned tasks and office coordination.
** Maintain cleanliness and order of workspaces and common office areas.
** Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor that are relevant to the role and within capacity.

Qualifications:

** Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Additional certification is an advantage.
** Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
** Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation handling.
** Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Skills:

** Good communication and interpersonal skills.
** Ability to assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
** Fluent in English and Georgian languages (spoken and written).
** Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
** Strong organizational and document-handling skills.
** Ability to manage small daily tasks efficiently.
** Time management skills and attention to detail.
