Meta Ads & Meta Platform Specialist (Facebook & Instagram)
Your Responsibilities:
** Planning, execution and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns
** Working with Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, pixel & events
** Building structured campaigns (awareness, leads, conversions, retargeting)
** KPI analysis (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
** Audience creation (custom audiences, lookalikes)
** Reporting and continuous performance optimization
Your Profile:
** Several years of proven experience in Meta Ads / performance marketing
** Deep understanding of Meta platform functionality
** Strong analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach
** Experience with funnels, tracking and conversion optimization
