Key Responsibilities:
** Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
** Offer a full package of real estate management services
** Serve and support foreign clients, throughout the entire process
** Proactively engage potential clients and present apartment investment opportunities
** Advise clients on suitable apartments and tailored investment solutions
** Support international clients throughout the full sales cycle
** Conduct meetings (office, on-site, and online) and manage client communication
** Prepare offers, contracts, and required documentation
** Coordinate with banks and internal teams
** Weekly and monthly reporting
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate / apartment sales
** Strong English communication skills. Proficiency in Hebrew or any additional foreign language will be considered an advantage.
** Experience with CRM systems is preferred
Skills:
** Strong analytical thinking
** Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
