Abris is pleased to announce an opening for the position of HR Administration / Personnel Records.
Manage personnel administration and maintain order in HR documentation flow (employment contracts, orders, personnel files, certificates, leave/sick leave — including coordination and accuracy control)
Requirements:
** Higher education (preferably in HR management, psychology, business/management, or a related field)
** 3+ years of experience in a similar role (HR Generalist / HR Manager / Senior HR Specialist)
** Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding/adaptation, and operational HR support
** Knowledge of Georgian labor law and HR practices; basic understanding of Armenia practices and/or experience working with legal counsel
** Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets; experience with HR systems (HRIS / 1C / Workday / Bitrix / ATS) is an advantage
** Strong communication skills, high work capacity, analytical mindset, strong self-organization, ability to work in a multitasking environment
** Confidentiality and accuracy in working with documentation
** Readiness for remote coordination of processes and tasks across two countries.
Languages:
Required: Georgian, Russian; English — at least Intermediate
Plus: Armenian
