HR Manager (Georgia & Armenia)
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (office-based)
Scope: Georgia & Armenia
Format: Full-time, office-based + remote coordination of processes across two countries
We are looking for an HR Manager for our office in Georgia, who will be responsible for operational HR support and administrative coordination of employees` work in Georgia and Armenia.
Your Mission:
Ensure accurate and timely HR processes in Georgia and Armenia — from recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation to HR administration (personnel records), communication with managers, and support of day-to-day operational tasks.
This role is focused on stability, structure, and efficient organization of the HR function in the regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
** Work with the candidate database and build a talent pool
** Post vacancies and source CVs from online channels based on defined criteria
** Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and close vacancies within agreed timelines.
Onboarding & Adaptation
** Coordinate and organize the full onboarding process for new employees
** Develop an adaptation plan and align it with the direct manager
** Conduct evaluation check-ins and one-to-one meetings with employees (including probation period follow-ups)
** Support mentors: introduce the mentorship program and assist throughout its implementation
** Coordinate the training process
** Coordinate the employee evaluation process
Corporate Culture & Engagement
** Develop a plan of events and activities aimed at maintaining and strengthening company culture
** Propose employee engagement initiatives and ensure their implementation.
