Lazer Lounge is seeking a Venue manager.
to lead its operations in the entertainment venue close to Station Square, featuring laser tag as the main activity. Our main type of events are birthdays and groups of adults seeking active relaxation.
Experience as a superior is required, as is native Georgian and English+Russian B2, which we will test during the interview.
Key responsibilities:
Take responsibility for the financial and practical wellbeing of the company
Staff management:
** Client relationship
** Proactively search for growth opportunities
Lead special projects from concept to launch:
** Content management on social media
** Provide proactive information to the business owners.
Qualifications and traits:
** Reliable and dependable
** Autonomous worker
** Strong understanding of customer service
** Able to spot and confront staff when they are underperforming
** Result oriented
** Eye for detail
** Strong leadership skills
** Good communication and interpersonal skills
** Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously
** Things that will increase your chances of getting hired:
** Experience in a senior position in another entertainment centre
** Feeling for and understanding of marketing
** Experience with cold sales
** Understanding of financial management and accounting
** C2 English or Russian
What we offer:
2000-2200 lari start salary, plus 5% profit share at the end of the year (minimum 1000 lari)

Flexible working schedule. As we are an entertainment center, availability in evenings, weekends and holidays is a must, but we offer a lot of flexibility in planning your own schedule. We expect you to work in the venue for at least 16 hours per week for supervision and other matters. But you can work from home or Hawaii 2 days per week
