Real Estate Development Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Head of Project Management.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Project Management to oversee a portfolio of large-scale, high-profile real estate development projects, including premium residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong coordination across technical teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, as well as the ability to manage complex, multi-project environments.
Key Responsibilities
** Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of multiple development projects from concept to handover
** Manage flagship large-scale residential and premium commercial developments
** Oversee regional and hospitality projects developed in partnership with international operators
** Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance
** Ensure control over project timelines, budgets, quality, and risk management
** Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and technical teams
** Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and authorities
** Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
** Prepare executive-level progress reports and dashboards for senior management
Requirements
** Higher education in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or Project Management
** 8-10+ years of experience in real estate development or construction project management
** Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects
** Strong leadership and people management skills
** Excellent planning, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
** Experience in premium or mixed-use developments is highly desirable
