Our company is seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to join our leadership team as Deputy Chief Commercial Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Support the development and execution of the airline`s overall commercial strategy.
** Oversee and coordinate key commercial functions, including revenue management, pricing, sales, and route performance.
** Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to ensure competitive positioning.
** Drive data-driven decision-making across commercial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
** Contribute to route evaluation, network development, and capacity optimization initiatives.
** Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Network Planning teams.
** Prepare commercial performance reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
** Act as a key commercial representative in discussions with partners, airports, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
** Minimum of 5 years` experience in commercial roles within aviation, travel, or related industries.
** Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing, and commercial analytics.
** Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
** Excellent communication and presentation skills.
** English is required; Georgian and/or Russian are considered advantages.
