The role: Housekeeping Manager
In the role of Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing cleanliness standards across the organization, leading the team and continuously improving processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where initiative and ownership are truly valued.
What you`ll do:
** Ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Cleaning Department;
** Supervising cleaning staff, developing action plans and monitoring performance;
** Creating, implementing and overseeing work guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
** Participating in the recruitment process and organizing onboarding and training for team members;
** Effectively delegating tasks based on designated areas and spaces;
** Preparing and monitoring work schedules;
** Continuously evaluating the quality of work performed by team members;
** Ensuring the availability of required cleaning supplies and equipment;
** Preparing, managing and controlling the department`s budget;
** Managing operational expenses and inventory of the Cleaning Department;
** Preparing reports and presenting updates to the direct manager in accordance with established procedures.

** At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
** Proven experience in managing and leading teams;
** Willingness and readiness to work in a startup or fast-growing environment;
** A strong sense of responsibility, accountability and attention to detail;
** Strong organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team;
** Effective delegation and process management skills;
** Team leadership and problem-solving abilities;
** Curiosity, adaptability and a hands-on approach to work.
