The role: Chief Nursing Officer
In the role of Chief Nursing Officer you will be responsible for establishing and leading the Nursing Department across the organization, as well as for developing and embedding a culture of high clinical standards and patient-centered care.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where initiative and ownership are truly valued.
What you`ll do:
** Provide full strategic and operational leadership of the Nursing Department;
** Develop and implement nursing care standards, procedures, and clinical protocols;
** Ensure patient safety, quality of care and patient comfort at all times;
** Lead the recruitment, training, development and ongoing performance evaluation of nursing staff;
** Oversee processes for managing emergency and critical care situations;
** Continuously support the professional development of nursing staff and initiate training programs;
** Manage staff schedules, workload distribution and overall workflow efficiency;
** Ensure compliance with medical regulations, accreditation standards and hygiene protocols;
** Collaborate closely with other departments (medical, administration, quality control) to ensure operational continuity;
** Manage patient feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
What we`re looking for:
** Higher medical education;
** Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role;
** Proven experience in managing and leading teams;
** Knowledge of international clinical standards (JCI, ISO, patient safety guidelines);
** Proficiency in English;
** Strong empathy and a patient-centered approach;
** Willingness and readiness to work in a startup or fast-growing environment;
** A strong sense of responsibility, accountability and attention to detail;
** Strong organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team;
** Effective delegation and process management skills;
** Team leadership and problem-solving abilities;
** Curiosity, adaptability and a hands-on approach to work.
