About the Role:
As a Shift Supervisor at Zip To Zip Moving, you will play a key role in managing daily operations and supporting the sales team to deliver top-quality customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, operational expertise, and the ability to coordinate schedules, manage leads, and oversee reporting. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to improve processes and ensure team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
** Monitor daily operations and delegate leads efficiently.
** Support the team with callbacks, customer inquiries, and ensure excellent service.
** Review emails, texts, follow-ups, and maintain communication templates.
** Oversee bookings and calendar entries.
** Assist in monitoring staff schedules to ensure optimal shift coverage.
** Provide daily reports to the Sales Manager on processes and implementation progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
** Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking)
** Strong organizational and operational skills
** Experience managing schedules and delegating tasks
** Proficient with CRM, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
** Excellent communication (phone, email, text)
** Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure
** Flexible to work night shifts
