We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Arabic-Speaking Real Estate Sales & Investment Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide local and international clients through profitable real estate investment opportunities in Georgia, providing strategic advisory services backed by market intelligence and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Client Engagement:

** Make initial contact with prospective clients upon receiving qualified leads.
** Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and messages to engage, qualify, and nurture client relationships.
** Arrange and conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present real estate investment opportunities.
** Maintain professional, timely, and transparent communication with all clients throughout the sales cycle.

Investment Advisory:

** Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and rental yield analysis.
** Prepare and present tailored investment proposals aligned with clients` financial goals and risk profiles.
** Conduct property presentations, site visits, and detailed investment briefings.
** Monitor client investment portfolios and ensure long-term value delivery.

Reporting & Internal Coordination:

** Provide regular reports, pipeline updates, and client feedback to the Investment Advisory Manager.
** Accurately document all client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
** Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Portfolio Management, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless deal execution.

Market & Knowledge Development:

** Stay up to date with Georgian real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
** Develop a strong understanding of construction, architectural, and property development processes to better advise clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

** 2-4 years of experience in sales (preferably real estate) or investment advisory.
** Strong financial acumen with practical knowledge of ROI, NPV, IRR, and property valuation.
** Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
** Fluency in Arabic and English (Russian or additional languages are an advantage).
** Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
** Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused mindset.
