Virtual Asset Service Provider company LLC Hashket Georgia is a fintech company operating in the Georgian market. The company`s objective is to provide services related to the exchange, custody, and transfer of crypto-assets. The company has international partners and serves both local and foreign customers.
The company announces an opening for the position of Director.
Location: Tbilisi
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
Salary: GEL 4, 000 per month
Note: The company is actively engaged in the process of obtaining a Virtual Asset Service Provider license from the National Bank of Georgia. The Director`s qualifications, in-depth industry knowledge, and interview performance will be decisive factors in successfully obtaining the license.
Key Responsibilities:
** Active involvement in the process of obtaining the VASP license;
** Operational and strategic management of the company in compliance with VASP regulations;
** Oversight of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC/EDD processes;
** Development, implementation, and control of risk management policies;
** Cooperation with international partners, banks, PSP/EMI providers;
** Updating internal policies and SOPs in accordance with NBG, FIU, and other regulatory requirements;
** Coordination of operational, technical, and compliance teams;
** Supervision of the preparation of financial and operational reports;
** Support in the implementation of CRM/ERP/Blockchain monitoring systems;
** Development of the company`s long-term strategic vision;
** Communication with regulators (Public Registry, Financial Monitoring Service/FIU, National Bank of Georgia, and others) and timely submission of required reports and status updates.
Qualification Requirements:
** Higher education (Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field);
** At least 2 years of experience as a Director, COO, Compliance Officer, AML Officer, or in another senior administrative role in the fintech/financial sector;
** Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, international sanctions, FATF recommendations, and the Travel Rule;
** General understanding of blockchain technologies, crypto transactions, and the virtual asset market;
** Experience in developing internal regulations and risk management standards;
** Knowledge of Georgian legislation regulating VASP activities;
** Experience in managing financial and operational processes.

** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
** Excellent communication and leadership skills;
** Ability to quickly adapt to technological processes and lead teams effectively.
