Probation period: 6 months
Salary: According to experience
Job responsibilities include:
** Advising students on academic registration for courses;
** Consulting and supporting students in planning their academic process and improving academic performance;
** Advising students on course syllabi, teaching and assessment methods, current assessment thresholds, midterm and final assessment thresholds, and prerequisites for admission;
** Monitoring students` academic performance, collecting relevant information and providing it to students and the Dean`s office;
** Within the scope of authority, supporting the protection of students` rights and legal interests, identifying problematic issues, and presenting them to the Faculty Dean;
** Entering students` academic performance scores into the LMS system if required, as assigned by the Dean;
** Collecting information in response to students` requests regarding academic performance;
** Managing student portfolios (excluding the clinical part), specifically: monitoring students` scientific and academic curriculum in the electronic portfolio platform, monitoring students` completion of semester self-assessments and instructors` assessments and providing summarized feedback to students;
** Facilitating students` participation in university academic events and external curriculum-related academic activities;
** Providing assistance and support to students for other university-related needs.
Basic Qualifications:
** Higher education;
** English proficiency: at least B2 level;
** Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
