Recruitment company HR LINE is looking for College Counselor for one of the leading educational organisations in Georgia, which supports school leavers and students in gaining admission to top universities in the USA and Europe, is announcing a vacancy for the position of College Counselor.
For many years, the organisation has been successfully assisting applicants with:
** Admission to international universities (Bachelor`s and Master`s programmes);
** Planning effective study strategies;
** Academic and career orientation for those planning to pursue education abroad.
Working Conditions:
** Location: Tbilisi
** Working hours: Full-time, 10:00-19:00 or 11:00-20:00 (on-site)
** Salary: Determined based on the candidate`s experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
** Providing individual consultations to school leavers and students regarding admission to universities in the USA and Europe;
** Analysing candidates` academic profiles, interests, goals, and opportunities;
** Advising students on the selection of suitable universities, considering academic background, budget, country, and career objectives;
** Conducting detailed research on university programmes and admission requirements;
** Conducting desk research to identify universities and academic programmes;
** Supporting the full application process, including coordination of application form completion, advising on the structure of recommendation letters and essays, preparation of required documentation, monitoring deadlines, and identifying scholarship and grant opportunities while informing candidates accordingly.
Qualification Requirements:
** Higher education required (education obtained abroad will be considered an advante)
** At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (College Counselor, Educational Consultant, or an equivalent position);
** Strong knowledge of the US and European education systems, universities, and application processes;
** Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
** Excellent communication skills;
** Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously;
** Strong research and information-gathering skills.
