We are seeking a Compliance Counsel to manage our global iGaming regulatory and compliance framework. This role is responsible for ensuring the company and its products comply with all relevant gambling legislation in our target markets. You will be the primary point of contact for regulators and will manage all licensing activities. The ideal candidate has deep experience in remote gaming legislation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

** Master`s degree in Law.
** A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a senior compliance or legal role.
** Proven experience in managing licensing applications and communicating with regulatory bodies.
** Advantageous: Deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, specifically related to remote/online gaming (iGaming).
** Advantageous: Familiarity with industry-specific technical concepts and standards (e.g., GGR, RNG, RGS, etc.).
** Advantageous: Experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Advantageous: Professional certifications in data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or other IAPP certifications).
** High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
** Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

** Draft, handle, prepare, and follow up on licensing applications for the obtainment of new licenses, permits, and authorizations.
** Manage the renewal process for all existing licenses across various markets.
** Establish and maintain a strong rapport with gambling regulators, acting as the main point of contact for regulatory inquiries.
** Keep track of and analyze legislative and regulatory changes in the remote gaming industry.
** Provide general legal compliance advice on all aspects relating to remote gaming legislation in numerous jurisdictions.
** Draft, review, and approve all customer-facing content (websites, games, T&Cs, privacy policies, responsible gaming pages, and promotions) to ensure compliance with licensing conditions.
** Provide advice and review business contracts for specific compliance and licensing matters.
** In collaboration with the other departments, create, review, and update internal company policies for all departments (e.g., Advertising & Marketing, IT, Anti-Fraud, Responsible Gaming).
