Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Season: April-October
Type: Seasonal with long-term potential
The Role:
We are looking for a talented motorcycle rider with strong people skills to join our guiding team. This is not just a riding job — it is about leading groups, ensuring safety, solving problems on the road, and representing Georgia to international guests.
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead small to medium motorcycle groups on tours across Georgia (paved + off-road routes).
** Ensure rider safety, maintain group pace, and manage logistics on the road.
** Communicate with international customers in a professional and friendly way.
** Handle basic motorcycle maintenance and troubleshooting during tours.
** Share knowledge about Georgian culture, history, and traditions.
** Support overall tour operations (preparation, customer care, equipment).
Requirements:
** Strong motorcycle riding skills (adventure / touring bikes 650cc-1200cc).
** Friendly, responsible, and customer-focused personality.
** Conversational English (Russian, German, or French are a plus).
** Willingness to learn routes, culture, and guiding skills.
** Availability to travel across Georgia during the season.
Preferred:
** Experience in tourism or group leadership.
** Basic motorcycle mechanical knowledge.
** First Aid certification.
