We`re opening a new IT company in Tbilisi and are looking for a chief accountant to handle the entire financial and tax accounting cycle in Georgia. We need a professional who doesn`t just manage records, but helps businesses make the right decisions and confidently pass audits.
What you have to do:
** Maintain accounting and tax records in accordance with Georgian legislation and IFRS.
** Set up management accounting in ERP 1Soft (P&L, BS, CF, working capital).
** Submit tax and financial reports, prepare the company for audit.
** Work with banks, auditors, tax authorities and suppliers.
** Control salaries (from 100 employees), vacation pay, sick leave and compensation.
** Generate management reports for management, participate in budgeting.
** Set up internal procedures and advise colleagues on financial matters.
What we`re waiting for:
** Experience as a chief accountant of at least 5 years (staff of 20 people).
** Excellent knowledge of Georgian tax legislation.
** Skills in working with ERP (1C, 1Soft, Balance GE, ERP Standard).
** Knowledge of IFRS and management accounting.
** Experience in passing tax and audit audits.
** Proficiency in Word, Excel, and cloud services; Bitrix24 is a plus.
** Russian language is mandatory, English/Georgian is an advantage.
** Experience in international companies or IT will be an advantage.
