About Us:
We are an innovative company specializing in the development and implementation of 3D
visualization projects. For our Georgian subsidiary, we are seeking a trustworthy and reliable Nominee Director (m/f) as part of a long-term mandate appointment.
Your Role:
As a Nominee Director, you will assume the official position of managing director for a limited liability company (LLC or equivalent) without participating in day-to-day operations or strategic decision- making. Your role primarily involves legal representation of the company externally, in full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
** Formal acceptance of the managing director role, including registration with the commercial registry
Review and signing of documents following legal consultation
** Legal representation of the company before authorities, banks, and contractual partners
** Fulfillment of statutory obligations of a managing director, particularly regarding due diligence, oversight, and duty of disclosure
Your Profile:
** Resident of Georgia
** Russian-speaking
** Fully legally competent with an impeccable reputation
** Willingness to be officially registered in the commercial registry
** Absolute discretion, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility
** Ideally, prior experience with similar mandates
