Key Responsibilities:
** Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
** Assist customers with locksmith and garage service requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions
Requirements:
** Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
** Excellent communication and organizational skills
** Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
** Quick learner with a proactive attitude
** Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
** We are looking for individuals with a strong American accent - this is a must for the position.
