Your role:
You`ll be in charge of developing and executing B2B sales strategies, building relationships with agencies, investment funds, and corporate clients. You`ll help us open new markets, manage key accounts, and grow together with the company.
What you`ll do:
** Build and manage B2B sales channels (agencies, investors, corporate buyers)
** Create and present commercial offers and partnership programs
** Maintain client relationships and negotiate with decision-makers
** Track performance in CRM and support the full sales cycle
** Represent the company at B2B events and real estate expos
** Collaborate with internal teams — marketing, legal, technical
What we expect:
** 1+ years in B2B sales (preferably in real estate, investments, or development)
** Fluent in English, Georgian and Russian
** Strong negotiation and communication skills
** CRM and sales analytics experience
** Additional languages are a plus
