Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Salary: 4, 000+ GEL Gross (negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time

As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven Director of Operations - Transportation to take full ownership of our operational performance. This role is critical to ensuring that our transportation network runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and with the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead and manage all transportation activities, including driver operations, routing, and performance monitoring.
** Act as the main point of contact for all operational matters within the transportation department.
** Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and maintain service quality.
** Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent execution across the board.
** Communicate clearly with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
** Build, train, and manage a high-performing operations team.
** Take full ownership of operational decisions and outcomes, always working with a long-term, high-standards mindset.
** Make data-driven decisions while responding quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
** Proven leadership and people management experience.
** Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
** Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
** Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and make decisions quickly.
** High attention to detail and accountability.
** Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data.
