Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for hospitality and events? Hilton Batumi is looking for a Group, Meeting & Event Manager to drive revenue, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
What will I be doing?
As GME Manager, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
** Develop and execute proactive sales strategies for group bookings and events.
** Collaborate with the Sales Department to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
** Lead the GME team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance development.
** Manage guest relationships, from inquiry to contract, ensuring seamless event execution.
** Organize and participate in key business meetings and promotional campaigns.
** Maintain high standards in systems such as Delphi, Opera, and ONQ.
What We`re Looking For:
Education: BBA or equivalent in a relevant field (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management).
Experience:
** Minimum 3 years in hospitality sales or guest contact roles
** At least 2 years in a leadership position
** Opera PMS knowledge required
** Experience in event planning or catering is a plus.
Skills:
** Strong leadership and communication abilities
** Excellent sales and negotiation skills
** Analytical mindset with attention to detail
** Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
