Position Overview:
The Director of AI Development is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing AI-driven solutions across the organization. This role acts as a strategic bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure the effective integration of AI technologies that enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support the company`s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
** Define and execute the company`s technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives
** Research and identify emerging technologies that can provide a competitive edge
** Lead the full integration of artificial intelligence solutions
** Collaborate with various departments to identify business needs and determine how AI can optimize processes
** Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and business analysts
** Develop project plans, set timelines and manage budgets for AI implementation
** Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards related to AI integration
** Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented AI systems and drive continuous improvements
** Stay informed on the latest AI innovations and implement cutting-edge solutions
** Provide training and support to staff on AI tools and systems
** Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned for future AI projects
Qualifications and Skills:
** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
** Hands-on experience with technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud computing, machine learning, etc.
** Strong leadership and large-scale project management skills
** Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
