We`re looking for a Lead AI Researcher to help explore, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that enhance our apps. You will focus on tracking AI innovation, identifying high-impact opportunities, and turning them into scalable outcomes. This is a hands-on role that requires technical depth, ownership, and collaboration across multiple teams.
Requirements:
** At least 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience exploring or integrating AI tools, APIs, or models into workflows.
** Strong research and reasoning skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into practical strategies.
** Experience with LLM modeling or generative AI (preferred but not required).
** A practical mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
** Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
** Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
** Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
** Experience with desktop environments is a plus.
Responsibilities:
** Leading a small team of junior researchers.
** Stay up to date with cutting-edge AI models, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities across creative automation, user engagement, and monetization.
** Translate business needs into AI use cases by working with product, marketing, and design teams.
** Prototype and validate ideas from concept to proof-of-concept, designing workflows and testing outcomes.
** Automate internal operations, recommending and building AI agents to reduce manual work.
** Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless integration.
** Share findings clearly through structured write-ups, demos, and documentation.
** Prioritize initiatives, balancing technical innovation with product relevance.
** Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation and learning.
Nice to Have:
** Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
** Knowledge of prompt engineering or fine-tuning models.
** Familiarity with growth loops or monetization in B2C mobile apps.
