We`re growing fast and are looking for a Account Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our client acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities:
** Prospect Identification: Research and identify ideal companies and key decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, Heads of Sales, or Marketing Directors).
** Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms, leveraging our automated tools and proven strategies.
** Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, qualifying them as potential customers.
** Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records with accurate data on outreach efforts, follow-ups, and outcomes.
** Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, strategy, and feedback loops.
** Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to tailor outreach effectively.
Qualifications:
** Education: Bachelor`s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
** Experience: 2+ years in sales running outreach
** Language: English B2/C1
** Tech Skills: (Not required, but a plus) Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Snov.io), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
** Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft personalized, engaging outreach.
** Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple prospects, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
** Analytical Mindset: Experience tracking and interpreting campaign metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
** Motivation: A proactive self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving measurable results.
** Adaptability: Comfortable working in a startup environment with a willingness to learn and evolve.

** 600$ Base salary + 400$ Monthly Bonus + Up to 800$ Quarterly Bonus + performance-based bonuses.
