Role Description:
The Starter Marshall will play a key role in the on-course customer experience. They will be present on the
1st tee to meet & greet all golfers prior to play. They will also circulate the golf course to assist guests during play to ensure a smooth experience and pace of play.
General Requirements:
** Ensure a smooth 1st tee and playing experience for all golfers.
** Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all golf course areas.
** Monitor the pace of play on the course taking proactive action to ensure groups do not unduly hold up play.
** Be proactive in ensuring the presentation of the golf course is to the required standard throughout the day.
** Communicate effectively with the golf course maintenance team regarding any course abnormalities.
** Ensures that the golfers follow the club rules relating to play on the course.
Required Skills:
** Foreign Languages: Fluent English & Additional language skills is a Preference.
** Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player and Well Organized.
** Related work experience and knowledge.
** International Experience (is a preference).
