As the official distributor of Bioderma, one of the world`s leading dermo-cosmetic brands, we`re offering the opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and creative direction of Bioderma in Georgia. This position reports directly to the Country Manager and manages two / three direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
** Work both independently and within the team to manage budgets, timelines, and campaign execution.
** Supervise digital content and community engagement to grow online presence and brand loyalty. (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, SEO, and Google AdSense)
** Design and implement trade and marketing integrated campaigns with a strong commercial mindset to boost visibility and sales
Lead impactful brand activations, new product launches, and rebranding efforts at pharmacies as key retail locations.
** Ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across all touchpoints through creative messaging and storytelling.
** Collaborate with designer and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets (visuals, packaging, printed & digital materials).
** Build strategic alliances with influencers, pharmacies, and industry stakeholders to elevate brand perception.
** Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
** Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in dermo cosmetics, OTC, or pharmaceutical sectors.
** Strong understanding of brand marketing and social media management
** Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
** Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
** No travel restrictions for occasional business trips abroad
** Agile, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
