Beta Plus Agency part of the global network of In Vitro Fertilization clinics and Surrogacy Agenciesis pleased to announce the vacancy of English and Chinese Speaking Sales Coordinator
Daily responsibilities:
** Responding to new enquiries within no later than 12 hours
** Responding parent`s questions through Viber, WhatsApp, Skype, phone (must be obligatorily offered to the intended parents in the very first e-mail)
** Ability to confirm patients via e-mail follow up on a monthly basis.
** Once patient is confirmed, prepare Contracts and Financial Annexes
** Handover confirmed IP`s to Medical Coordinator
** Monitoring and updating parent`s about received payments
** Daily update of Follow up System (Online program)
** To get back to previous not confirmed enquiries, reminding new life services on a weekly and monthly basis
** Collect and hand over patient testimonials to the Marketing department.
Skills and Education:
** High Education in Management, Medicine, Marketing, Sales or related field
** Fluency in English or Chinese
** Experience in Management, Coordination and/ Or Sales
** Empathetic and flexible personality
** Ability to deal with Stress
** Team player
Salary and Bonus system will be negotiated based on the applicant`s skills, qualifications and experience.
