** 2000 Gel first 3 months and final pay of 2500 Gel + bonus from sales
** Bachelor`s degree
** Previous experience in managing store/shop is essential
** Georgian, English, Russian
We are looking for people who are:
** Energetic, sociable, and proactive individuals with a personalized approach to clients and the ability to adhere strictly to high professional ethics.
** Commercially oriented with an interest in developing expertise in Habanos culture.
** Loyal, honest, discreet, with strong teamwork skills and self-discipline.
** Have not changed their workplace often and have stayed for at least 3-5 years with one employer.
Main Responsibilities:
Shop/Store Manager:
** Development of the client base and the team`s implementation of monthly goals.
** Introduction and professional development of consultants and bartenders.
** Organize and conduct stock audits in the store and in the bar.
** Administrative and technical responsibilities - warehouse, bar and store а maintenance; collection and provision of documentation to the accounting department; tracking and administration of vacations, business trips and sick leave.
** Performing physical inspection and posting of imports of goods into the ERP-software.
** Prepare requests for import of accessories and promotional materials for retail and distribution.
** Prepare orders from local suppliers in accordance with internal rules.
** Prepares distribution orders - documentary, in system and physical setting aside from the warehouse.
Salary Expectations:
** Store/Shop manager - 2000 Gel net pay, the first 3 months, 2500 Net Pay after probation period, plus bonus from sales
